Chelsea Davison decided she’d had enough of New Yorkers’ closing themselves off to people around them. A la ImprovEverywhere, Chelsea invited people in Washington Square Park to a live game of truth or dare. You guys, she’s “only” an intern. (I mean how can I really say only when she’s so rad?!)
