Ev William recently launched a storytelling platform called Medium, which, like many platforms today, aims to change the world of publishing. Medium is beautiful. While the publishing part of the platform isn’t open to everyone yet, the consumption part is. Medium’s stories or posts are organized into collections defined by a theme (& standard template.) I’m loving the “This Happened to Me” collection, specifically this story about someone who almost got arrested for planting a bomb at Planned Parenthood. There are also collections with less of a focus on longer form storytelling.
