I’ve been thinking a lot about brand voices in social media - and how so many brands act like corporations instead of people. They all sound the same. Every once in a while someone comes along and nails it (like Allstate’s Mayhem campaign: Take away their branding and it’s either Mayhem or Tyler Durdin from Fight Club) but most brands have been left in the bus. When I first started working at 360i, they let me dive a little deeper into brand voices and I ultimately put together a workshop that we run for our brands.
